- Demonstrates ability to analyze shrinkage impacts and consider trend impacts as they apply to future scheduling objectives.
- Demonstrates ability to analyze department alignment and makes recommendations on how to mitigate risk or gaps to coverage.
- Demonstrates ability to provide schedules to department leadership and recruiting teams for seasonal and core positions.
- Demonstrates ability to administer and manage department shift bids.
- Demonstrates ability to review impacts of schedule change requests as well as adheres to all company guidelines for schedule change processing.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate with Capacity Planning, Training and Operations with any cross-training requirements.
- Demonstrates ability to manage department Group Allowance Balances in accordance with planning guidelines.
- Demonstrates ability to analyze and coordinate event period scheduling adjustments.
- Communicates effectively with internal and external customers in accordance with the company’s policies, procedures, guidelines, and common practices.
- Stays up to date on internal policies and procedures.
- Maintain data integrity to ensure input/output accuracy in various databases including but not limited to: Alvaria.
- Administer and Facilitate data validation on all supported databases.
- Ability to perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Bacherlor’s degree preferred and two years of workforce management experience required.
- 2+ years experience working with one or more workforce management systems such as Alvaria strongly desired.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills including trend and gap analysis.
- Ability to plan, prioritize and organize effectively / detail-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, as well as other related applications.
- Demonstrate flexibility to adapt quickly to departmental changes and conditions.
- Self-motivated with the demonstrated ability to learn and apply new information quickly, work independently, and take initiative.
- Demonstrate working knowledge and adherence to all HR & WFM policies, procedures, guidelines, and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to interface effectively with staff, management, and various other internal and external customers.
- Ability to work in a team oriented environment focused on cross training and sharing workload responsibilities.
- Occasionally required to work weekends and outside of standard office hours to achieve seasonal project deliverables.
- Experience in a fast paced, high-pressure remote-work environment.
- Ability to supply dual monitors to support role requirements a plus.
- Experience working with outsourcing WFM teams.
- Experience working with global WFM Teams.
- Building, managing, and designing databases a plus.

Job Description
The Scheduling Analyst II is responsible for analyzing and administering long term scheduling efforts that ensure staffing objectives and service level targets are achieved efficiently. They have demonstrated all the competencies of a Scheduling Specialist and support the Workforce Management team holistically. They should expect to interact with Operations Leadership, Call Center Agents, Human Resources and other Workforce Management SMEs on a day to day basis.

California: $51,000 - $94,000 Annually, Colorado: $51,000 - $81,500 Annually, Nevada: $51,000 - $81,500 Annually, New York: $51,000 - $94,000 Annually, Rhode Island: $51,000 - $81,500 Annually, Washington: $51,000 - $94,000 Annually This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses.
