Job Description
- Req#: 296687
- Review and prioritize tickets based on directional guidance from the WFM Manager.
- Update schedules to reflect breaks, paid time off, tardiness, and other changes.
- Manage time-off pools across relevant operational areas.
- Schedule activities around forecasted call patterns to optimize contact center performance.
- Ensure appropriate staffing capacity to meet forecasted workloads in each department.
- Provide alternatives for scheduling requests that cannot be accommodated due to business constraints.
- Manage intraday requests for scheduled activities, including meetings, training, campaigns, and coaching sessions.
- Monitor shrink and provide regular reporting, escalating any irregularities as needed.
- Collaborate with other Workforce Management team members to support business needs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of scheduling experience.
- Contact center experience preferred, especially in workforce planning and resource management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with other MS Office applications is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in building contact center scheduling and resource plans.

Liberty Dental Plan is seeking a Workforce Management (WFM) Scheduling Specialist to support the WFM team by ensuring timely updates to all schedule changes and accurate recording of shrink entries. This role plays a critical part in optimizing workforce operations, maintaining adequate staffing levels, and supporting overall contact center efficiency.
Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills.

In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $20.94 - $23.88/hourly, not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. At Liberty, your final base salary will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We are committed to pay equity and also consider the internal equity of our current team members when making final compensation decisions.
Please note that the range listed represents the full base salary range for this role. Typically, offers are not made at the top of the range to allow for future salary growth.
