      Your tasks:

      • Supporting the office team with daily administrative tasks
      • Planning and preparation of internal and external events
      • Professional welcome for customers and applicants
      • Assist our HR team in recruiting and personnel development
      • Directly support our accounting department with various tasks, from daily business in controlling to special finance projects
      • Work on designing and optimizing methods and processes with economic impact

      Your profile:

      • You are studying business administration, economics or social sciences or similar subjects
      • You have 16–20 hours per week for exciting and varied tasks
      • You live in Frankfurt or close by
      • You have already gained practical experience
      • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
      • Entrepreneurial mind with a high level of self-motivation and self-organization
      • Outstanding social competency, strong communication skills
      • Excellent English and German skills
