      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage client relationships for corporate workplace and civic projects, ensuring design intent is met
      - Coordinate with landlords, tenants, public agencies, and design teams throughout the project lifecycle
      - Oversee project fees, contracts, schedules, and budgets while adapting to changes as needed
      - Provide quality assurance for project documentation and mentor design team members
      - Ensure compliance with building codes and local jurisdiction requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture
      - 8-10 years of experience at an architecture or interior design firm
      - Proficiency in REVIT with experience in developing construction documents
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
      - Strong initiative in leading and participating in all phases of the design process

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - NCIDQ Certification and/or WELL Accreditation, or actively pursuing other certifications
