Your primary objective is to ensure the smooth and successful execution of each event, meeting the client's objectives and exceeding their expectations. Please note that this job is located in Milpitas, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Planning:
Work closely with clients to understand their event goals, objectives, and budget. Create event timelines, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all elements are adequately planned and coordinated. Venue Selection and Logistics: Research and recommend suitable venues for events based on client requirements. Coordinate with vendors, including caterers, audiovisual technicians, decorators, and transportation services, to manage logistics and ensure seamless execution.
Program Development: Develop event agendas and program content, incorporating keynote speakers, panel discussions, breakout sessions, and interactive activities, aligned with client objectives and target audience.
Attendee Management: Handle event registrations, ticketing, and attendee communication, ensuring a smooth registration process and timely updates. Manage attendee inquiries, special requests, and feedback.
On-site Event Management: Oversee event setup, registration, and coordinate onsite activities. Act as the main point of contact for event suppliers, sponsors, speakers, and attendees. Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the event to ensure a seamless experience. Post-event Evaluation and Reporting: Conduct post-event evaluations to assess event success, collect feedback, and identify areas of improvement. Prepare event reports with key metrics, such as attendance numbers, budget analysis, and attendee satisfaction ratings.

56,000.00 – 81,200.00 USDThe pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
