- Oversee the day-to-day operations of conference center activities, encompassing corporate team meetings and events. This includes managing catering, off-site activities, and corporate initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and expand the scope of responsibilities for Concierge Services operations.
- Supervise the Concierge Team and handle a high volume of Meeting and Event reservations.
- Maintain high standards of professional and personal presentation consistently.
- Offer support to Atlassian and JLL onsite teams, covering Site management, IT services, Catering services, and Facilities Team.
- Coordinate coverage of the position in case of absence.
- Provide assistance for emergency response requirements and serve as a floor warden when necessary.
- Manage and assist in concierge office operations, including mail processing, badge management, and customer service.
- Lead recruitment, development, and performance management of the Concierge team.
- Ensure efficient handling of all HR matters in alignment with JLL policy.
- Demonstrates a proactive and professional approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of client staff, including senior levels.
- Possesses a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Demonstrates the capacity to handle ambiguity and effectively solve complex problems.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3 - 5 years Supervisory or Management experience in hospitality, events, meeting planning, and/or knowledge of the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge of corporate meeting services or the hospitality industry preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, concise professional manner.
- Desirable: Proficient skills in G-Suite, Confluence, Jira, Coupa

Pay: $76300 - $110600 + 7.5% annual target bonus
Location: San Francisco, CA | Atlassian office
Travel: Flexibility to travel to Mountain View, CA and Seattle, WA Offices, if neededWe are seeking a hospitality professional with expertise in conference center management and hospitality services to collaborate closely with the JLL Facilities Team and the Workplace Experience Team for the Atlassian account, aiming to establish an optimal workplace environment.

76,300.00 – 110,600.00 USD per yearThe pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
