- JOB TITLE: Workplace Experience Logistics & Process Support
- SALARY: £28,329
- LOCATION: Leeds, Bristol, Edinburgh or Halifax
- HOURS: Full time working 35 hours per week
- WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
- Provide logistical support for Workplace Experience team processes for suppliers e.g. FedEx, mail rooms, TNT, Rico
- Provide logistical support for suppliers including managing budgets, stock & other metrics in relation to account
- Supports end to end Workplace Experience team strategy to improve and simplify workplace journeys, processes and logistics
- Works across Workplace Experience internal team to ensure we're creating a world class experience within our workplaces
- Provide process mapping support to wider Workplace Experience team
- Baseline Workplace Experience team journeys and processes
- Develop and manage Workplace Experience team process repository
- Assess colleague impact of Workplace Experience journey and process changes
- Support and manage any changes to Workplace Experience team journeys and processes

- You have process mapping skills and experience and strong stakeholder management skills
- Self organised with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively and deliver at pace
- Experience in analysing and presenting data in a logical and organised way
- The ability to cut through complexity of processes and drive continuous improvement
- You can evidence effective planning and management of tasks
- The ability to think creatively whilst getting into the detail
- You build relationships with those around you quickly, understanding needs and putting others at ease
- You consistently apply an inclusive approach to work, showing care for other colleagues
- You think differently to others – able to demonstrate an ambitious and innovative approach to your role
- An understanding of our Workplace Experience proposition and purpose
- Previous experience in simplifying processes
- Evidence of supporting co-ordination of cross-functional teams and/or working groups
