      Job Description & Summary

      The Market Workplace Experience Senior Manager (WXSM) is responsible for organizing, directing and delivering office based services. These include hospitality, facilities maintenance and landlord liaison, space planning and management ( inclusive of hoteling and meeting space utilization), quality assurance of services, (performed by third party service partners in workplace experience), project implementation, data analysis, real estate project delivery and customer relationship management.

      Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
      Demonstrating intimate-level abilities and/or proven record of success as a team leader in the following areas:

      • Delivering Office Services to a large organization/market and drive an environment that places hospitality at the heart of all operations, not only for visitors but for all PwC professionals;
      • Maintaining relationships with all customer groups to establish quality service delivery by Third Party Labor (TPL) resources;
      • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement through technology-enabled solutions, innovative service enhancements, customer relationships and education;
      • Managing multi-vendor operations and partnering with third-party service providers to drive quality service delivery, process improvement and cost effectiveness of the Office Services;
      • Driving strategic space utilization and management;
      • Managing collaborative seating solutions for a variety of functional teams;
      • Supporting technology organizations and Agile project teams;
      • Delivering safe, clean, well maintained work environments;
      • Planning and executing limited scope non-lease related improvement projects;
      • Collaborating with National Workplace Experience Team and peers to determine optimum service delivery options of Office Services in the market;
      • Defining and promoting Workplace Experience in the market as well as providing on-the-ground change management support as needed;
      • Collaborating with National Workplace Experience Network to maintain satisfaction and effectiveness in the markets as well as analyzing financial and operational information to make data-driven decisions; and,
      • Collaborating with other business services functions to establish proper levels of support for existing and new initiatives.

      *This role is physically based in the office and will require staff to be on site
