What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide basic workstation support, including installation and troubleshooting of hardware and software
- Deliver customer training and assistance for desktop and endpoint related issues
- Administer workstation security and maintain documentation for support activities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support needs
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT Management/Administration or a related Information Technology field
- No prior experience required; education or experience related to workstation support will be considered
- Valid driver's license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in an academic or healthcare environment
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Endpoint Management Platforms (SCCM, Intune, Workspace One), and workstation imaging processes
- Knowledge of MDM solutions and O365 cloud suite support functions
