Position: Wound Care Nurse (RN or LPN)
Shift: Full-Time, 7 AM to 7 PM
Pay Rate: $33.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Expert Wound Management: Tend to all open wounds with precision, including cleansing, dressing, and changing.
• Documentation Excellence: Complete thorough admission paperwork and document all aspects of residents' care meticulously.
• Resident & Family Support: Provide guidance and unwavering support to residents and their families.
• Monitoring & Treatment: Regularly monitor wound status and administer necessary medications or treatments.
• Infection Control: Strictly adhere to infection-control policies to ensure the safety of residents and staff.
• Care Standards: Deliver top-quality care in alignment with our facility's protocols.
• Compliance: Uphold HIPAA and confidentiality standards.

Requirements:

• Licensure: A valid RN or LPN license in the State of Florida.
• Certification: Wound and ostomy certification preferred.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and commitment to excellence in patient care.
