What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development of virtual and augmented reality applications for military training
- Oversee production planning, implementation, and software architecture design
- Organize and lead a team, ensuring effective customer communication and collaboration
- Code and debug applications in C# within Unity 3D
- Stay current with the latest hardware, software, tools, and plugin options

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality development in Unity 3D
- 4+ years of experience in program leadership and coding in C#
- 4+ years of experience creating Editor Scripts and tools in Unity 3D
- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design and developing for both Apple and Android platforms
- Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a government security clearance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- Experience with multiple VR/AR hardware platforms and SDKs/plugins
- Knowledge of networking and communication protocols
- Experience with Shader Scripting and rendering pipelines
- Demonstrable design aesthetics with a portfolio
