What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage communication by handling incoming emails, phone calls, and other inquiries related to staffing needs and schedule changes
- Respond to and manage coach call-outs, ensuring effective coverage for classes
- Develop and maintain schedules for coaching staff, ensuring appropriate staffing levels
- Monitor compliance by ensuring all coaches meet necessary location requirements
- Maintain accurate records of coach availability and assignments in the staffing system

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Availability must include weekends and weekday afternoons
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proven problem-solving abilities and quick thinking
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in scheduling and coordination, preferably in a sports or educational setting
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills for building positive relationships with staff and management
- Previous experience in customer service roles
