Youth Coach - Join Our Team!
Summary: As a Youth Coach, you'll inspire and train the next generation while ensuring top-notch member service and achieving revenue goals. This role involves leading engaging youth classes, conducting private training sessions, and contributing to the overall success of our gym.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Sales: Conduct private and small group training, sell training sessions, and meet revenue targets.
- Member Experience: Lead energetic youth martial arts classes, embody our “Train Different” philosophy, and maintain a positive environment.
- Administration: Manage client programs and maintain accurate records.
- Engagement: Assist in various revenue-generating activities and promote member involvement.
Qualifications:
- Required: Blue Belt, CPR/AED certification, experience with youth programs, strong communication and customer service skills, proficiency in basic office software.
- Preferred: BJJ Purple Belt or relevant experience, related degree.
Schedule:
- Minimum of 2 days per week (Tuesday/Thursday evening)
