Deine Aufgaben als Customs Tariff Specialist :

• Du klassifizierst Produkte genau und sicherst die Einhaltung von internationalen Handelsstandards, um die Genauigkeit der Zoll- und Steuervorgaben sicherzustellen
• Du behältst stets den Überblick über aktuelle Zollgesetze und -vorschriften, um deren Einhaltung sicherzustellen
• Du sorgst für eine vollständige und genaue Dokumentation zur Produktklassifizierung, dem Ursprung und den Zollabgaben, die Audits und Compliance-Prozesse erleichtert
• Du identifizierst Kosteneinsparungsmöglichkeiten durch Optimierung von Zöllen und Steuern durch Präferenzhandelsabkommen sowie Zollerleichterungsprogramme und Zollerleichterungen
• Du arbeitest eng mit internen Teams aus den Bereichen Qualitätssicherung, Supply Chain, Einkäufern und der Finanzabteilung sowie externen Partnern wie Zollbehörden und -brokern zusammen, um effektive Produktklassifikationen zu gewährleisten
• Du unterstützt und berätst be Projekten, die Fachwissen im Bereich Klassifizierung und Zollmanagement verlangen, vertrittst den Customs Compliance Coordinator, und stellst effektive Import- und Exportprozesse einschl. der Vorbereitung Intrastats-Berichte für Deutschland und Italien sowie deren rechtzeitigen Übermittlung sicher

Eingangsvoraussetzungen:

• Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung, idealerweise im Groß- und Außenhandel oder in der Spedition, und bringst Qualifikationen im Bereich der Zollabwicklung mit, insbesondere in der Tarifierung und den jeweils gültigen Handelsregularien
• Du hast mindestens 2 bis 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Zolltarifierung oder in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit in einem multinationalen Handelsunternehmen gesammelt. Optimalerweise hast du bereits mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in diesem Bereich
• Du bist dienstleistungs- und beratungsorientiert, kommunikationsstark und übernimmst Verantwortung mit einem starken Kostenbewusstsein
• Du bringst fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse in MS-Office, Lotus Notes und SAP mit und beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
